Cancellations

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel...
(a) at least 61 days prior to your tour we will return 100% of your tour payments;
(b) 60 days or less from the date of the tour you must pay the full tour price.

Should Bike Vermont have to cancel your tour we will refund all your tour payments immediately as full settlement.

We strongly recommend you purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance (see below) and will send you an application form with your Confirmation.

Travel Insurance

Please purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance since we are unable to make any exceptions to our cancellation policy even for personal emergencies. Travel Insurance is extremely important. It covers the cost of your Bike Vermont trip and other travel expenses in case you cancel for any number of reasons. Apply directly with CSA Travel at 800-348-9505 or www.csatravelprotection.com.
